Event Policy: All merchant application and booth fees are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled, all fees will be honored for the next event date. - This event has a no refund policy.

Congratulations - you have been selected as a merchant for the 2026 JPII Christmas Bazaar! Please complete payment to secure your booth space within 7 days of notification.

Merchants will have sole responsibility to move all merchandise and displays to and from their booths. Please bring the carts and people required.

Please note that all booths are not guaranteed to be 10x10.  We will do our best to fit in as many merchants as we can so some booths will be 8x10 or similiar sizes but not an exact 10x10.

Event Policy: This event has a no refund policy.

Instructor led Chess Club meets weekly throughout the school year. It provides all equipment, curriculum, semester chess ladder, annual USCF fee (for those who wish to play in rated tournaments), 1/month local tournament fee, annual scholastic tournament, and an opportunity (at select events) to receive Service Hour credits.

Ambassador/RLC Mandatory Fees

The mandatory student ambassador fee is $35.00. The fee is required of both student ambassadors and members of RLC. The fee covers the following for the entire Admissions cycle:

• Meals and snacks served to student representatives before large events.
• Organization appropriate t-shirt and personal name badge.
